food does not always mean gas

March8

I have a lot of fun with twisted entendres and titles for my posts. it’s often more than half the fun of writing.

that said, as short as this post is going to be, it heralds something the global community must needs be prepared for. me? well, my Grandad often reminded me that Hemmingway said: “Spain can be defended”. so, like many of the seventeen families, we are buying properties, there.

by the way, I absolutely do mean to come across as dramatic, here. so, what you do about it in terms of research and action is up to you, collectively.

Libya is obviously in turmoil. however, our involvement along the shore of Tripoli is nothing new. and, our efforts there may not be so obvious, as in the past. but, our focus needs to be.

Libya’s struggles don’t have to mean oil shortages. and, perceived oil issues need not be reflected in the escalating gas prices you are seeing at North American pumps. you are all being played. more about that later. but, the global picture is getting darker, and the broader economic landscape has me, in truth, more concerned.

I’ll be touching on this more and more (and, also picking on Google and Facebook in unrelated efforts) in the weeks to come. but, the real story that will ultimately emerge is food and how it can and will be used to control entire continents and the people that live on them.

it takes fuel to deliver foods, grains and seeds.

the Suez Canal may become something of a focus, sooner, than later as well. that’s another center of control where fuel, transportation, and food converge.

Africa is likely called the “dark continent” more for it’s inability to evolve, then anything else. and, much of what is wrong with the world is clearly reflected, there.

and the “smart words” for research should include: control, population control, education, economies, alliances, water ways.

I’m asking tough questions that include the relationship with Obama and his push for certain ego-fueled leaders of corporate America to develop opportunities overseas (don’t tell me you missed that), his bid for a leadership role within the United Nations, and his “home-training” at the feet of his earthly father long before he came to this country (only in-time for a college education). in case you forgot about that last part, you can refresh both your browser, and your memory, by directing both to my previous post: history is always in the making but understanding makes it meaningful.

don’t roll your eyes at me or this post. just think. that’s all I’m asking. and, its not a conspiracy I’m concerned about. its a form of economic plague and a form of terror that could be both unprecedented and as yet unrealized.

more later.

meanwhile, listen to Pink Floyd’s Another Brick In the Wall, Pt. 2. Do it!

peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

that heavy-handed arbiter

May12

Apple has always come under intense heat for acting as a gatekeeper for the App Store. They decide which apps will and won’t be sold. This opposed to Android Market which allows third-party developers to post their applications without prior approval. …How current generation.

Jobs won’t ever change his position on this matter. And, I hope when he’s gone, Apple maintains that strict policy.

I feel Apple would rather be seen as a heavy-handed arbiter than as the purveyor of a product that runs bad stuff (see Google Docs). Sometimes control – especially in the name of quality, is more than okay. It sets the standard. Apple does this very thing, for excellence.

One more thought, and this about application development – and, the future iPad and iPhone… The advantage that Apple has, is that with the iPad, Apple has developers writing apps specifically designed to use it, which Windows 7 lacks, and Android, as well. I’m fairly certain, based entirely on experience, mind you, that Apple wants iPad and iPhone apps to feel like they were made just for the iPad and iPhone. They don’t want App X for iPhone to be indistinguishable from App X the whorish Android platform.

Peace be to my Brothers and sisters.

that prudent Society

May12

The Editors of TIME recently unleashed a tomb reflecting several dissertations around infamous secret societies. You needn’t spend your money. It’s really not worth your efforts. We fight them daily with truth and light, anyway.

Gather your wits around the understanding that the whole piece is full of the sort of stuff that is gratifying when read on its own. However, when one considers the scandalous absence of objective facts from the article and the degree to which that piece avoids historical relevance, the effect is somewhat more enraging than pleasing. To be sure fists must be shaken, it’s likely teeth are being gnashed in fury.

Those hapless fellows at TIME will never but scratch the surface – and, even that information is likely manipulated beyond their (and, certainly your own) collective grasp. Nonetheless, I’ll share, and while doing so, allow you to read something of an excerpt: The Secret Societies That Control The World.

There is also the Prudent Gentleman’s book of Rules to consider.

However, you might not be able to browse this link, because you don’t have access. So… You see… they, that insidious collective “they” control everything.

Nonetheless, take heart…

“For those of us who have ‘Eyes to see’,and ‘Ears to hear’. Their messages and symbols are everywhere .” – liberally from Genesis 3:22 and Revelation 3:22

“Histories are generally written about the men who prominently influence the events that make history;  little is written–though it might be of greater interest–about those shadowy figures who seem always to stand behind the men who make history. There are prudent yet optimistic gentlemen that lead the way.” – Manly P. Hall, a 33rd Degree (free) ‘Mason’

Guide yourselves accordingly. However, in the fateful event you can’t do so, rest assured that the Prudent and Optimistic Gentlemen stand watch. We lead by example, certainly defend the flag and the Constitution that it best represents, and will draw pistol or saber, figuratvely or literally, as change-agents united.

Meanwhile…

I am bound by the laws of God to direct your attention away from the official website of the Prudent yet Optimistic Gentlemen. However, we shall, cleverly redirect you to the official website of the SCP Foundation.  The Foundation is an extra-governmental initiative the sole purpose of which is to keep secure, contained, and protected those… things… that might prove to be hostile to established reality or irreconcilable therewith.  There are things the public is not meant to know.  There are things the pubic would not want to know.  There are even things the public already knows, but about which knowledge they are entirely ignorant, and it’s up to the men and women of the Foundation to keep them in that state of ignorance at all costs.

The SCP Wiki is a massive work of collaborative science fiction, chronicling the experiments, encounters, and – more often – disasters that attend the cutting edge of Science’s attempts to deal with the unexplained.  Most of the stuff there is inanimate, thankfully; odd widgets and items and machines and so on.  Some of it is animate.  Some of it is hostile.

This is the world in which you reside.

Peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

opportunities to Shine, really

November20

we face many instances where we don’t have control over what happens.

however, we always have the opportunity to control how we react.

and, that can determine what we do, and how well we do it.

the objective always being to finish well.

peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

What’s All This About?

"What am I looking at?", you might wonder.

Lots of stuff.

Meanwhile, here, I discuss events, people and things in our world - and, my (hardly simplistic, albeit inarticulate) views around them.

You'll also learn things about, well, things, like people you need to know about, and information about companies you can't find anywhere else.

So, while I harangue the public in my not so gentle way, you will discover that I am fascinated by all things arcane, curious about those whom appear religious, love music, dabble in politics, loathe the media, value education, still think I am an athlete, and might offer a recipe.

All the while, striving mightily, and daily, to remain a prudent and optimistic gentleman - and, authentic.
