I get too many invitations for Google+.

and, I got bitched at today because I stiff-armed yet another invitation. so, allow me to explain, a bit.

I’m resisting Google+, certainly for now. so, I’ve already broken that chain, and likely fatally. others will follow. bet on that.

the masses jumped on Google+, just as they did Wave (which is officially dead – and, I told you it would be). but, that crashed under best practices. and, as hyped as Google+ is, we must ask, and collectively, why?

I understand that over forty (40) million people have signed-up with Google+. but, why?

none will be able to offer me a succinct answer. but, please, by all means, try. do it!

meanwhile, I can assure you, not that many of those forty million people use it.

question everything. accept nothing. well… with the exception of good results.

remember, Apple creates products that the discerning use. Google generates hype that the masses follow. think Laws of Natural selection. or, better yet, do you remember the
