Brian Patrick Cork is living the Authentic Life

our carver motor yacht story: welcome home Mojo

Captain Brian Thompson delivers “MoJo” to her new berth at Lake Lanier. we’ll keep the Marina a secret with concerns around paparazzi, and now “Chris”.

the video was taken with my iPhone 4.8. so, the image is far from perfect. although the story, and the moment with Emma Jo will be, and forever, priceless.

this weekend already has it’s share of adventures with great stories. I managed to get the boat out of our slip in good form (with only one bump) with rousing cheers from our new dock neighbors. returning her to the slip later was something of a different story. but, the good will continues.

more later. rest assured of that.

I’ll trust you, and all of you, to have a great 4th of July (this corrects my “Memorial Day” typo) weekend with your families. we certainly have a lot to be grateful for.

peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

“Memorial Day weekend” was in May, genius.

My mistake. I’ve corrected the mistake and am now acknowledging the correct holiday.

    Thank you for the heads-up.

But, otherwise… Dude… You might consider getting a grip on yourself.

What’s All This About?

"What am I looking at?", you might wonder.

Lots of stuff.

Meanwhile, here, I discuss events, people and things in our world - and, my (hardly simplistic, albeit inarticulate) views around them.

You'll also learn things about, well, things, like people you need to know about, and information about companies you can't find anywhere else.

So, while I harangue the public in my not so gentle way, you will discover that I am fascinated by all things arcane, curious about those whom appear religious, love music, dabble in politics, loathe the media, value education, still think I am an athlete, and might offer a recipe.

All the while, striving mightily, and daily, to remain a prudent and optimistic gentleman - and, authentic.
