evidently a perk of being the Pope, outside of having God on speed-dial, is getting to sport little red hats.

look… don’t get snitty with me, over this.

…having God on speed dial is cool.

and, I’m pretty certain we all actually have God on speed-dial. you just gotta dial-in. but, most of us would not be caught dead in public wearing a little red hat like the “Papal Pundit”, Pope Benedict XVI. but, his message around peace, tolerance, and compassion has been loud-and-clear.

on the other hand, James Arness as Marshall Matt Dillon, made a point of wearing a hat, and was another type of pundit. he was also compassionate and was a champion for peace. and, he was a bad-ass.

I’m not really trying to make any one specific point, here. well… maybe there is a point that neither fellow would be accused of being “all hat, and no cattle”.

I just made the term, Papal Pundit”, up. let’s see if it goes viral. that said, I don’t want to hear from you if you want to revile.

All the while, striving mightily, and daily, to remain a prudent and optimistic gentleman - and, authentic.
