Brian Patrick Cork is living the Authentic Life

Mom's influence on my Future past

May21

On Tuesday I received an email from a business client that I coach that, after considering it for awhile, made me quite proud. This person is growing and becoming a leader.

Growth and change are not always energizing. That process can be exhausting.

Funny, though, how afterward, we can often look back and appreciate the result.

My immediate thought upon reading that aforementioned missive was something my own Mother often said, and always impressed me with:

“Question everything and accept nothing”.

I am sure I have dropped that into Blog posts before. And, I certainly hope I find good reason to do so again.

I sure do miss my Mom. But, I see her in my own actions and impact on others every day.

Note to self… Tell Haley Anne and Emma Jo more stories about their Nana.

Peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

What’s All This About?

"What am I looking at?", you might wonder.

Lots of stuff.

Meanwhile, here, I discuss events, people and things in our world - and, my (hardly simplistic, albeit inarticulate) views around them.

You'll also learn things about, well, things, like people you need to know about, and information about companies you can't find anywhere else.

So, while I harangue the public in my not so gentle way, you will discover that I am fascinated by all things arcane, curious about those whom appear religious, love music, dabble in politics, loathe the media, value education, still think I am an athlete, and might offer a recipe.

All the while, striving mightily, and daily, to remain a prudent and optimistic gentleman - and, authentic.
