Haley Anne’s Laugh

March10

I love my daughter Haleys Anne’s laugh.

In fact, I think her easy and joyful laugh is my favorite ting about my oldest daughter (the 2nd would be the way her mind works around forming questions and observations). It comes easy with her face lighting up. And, the laugh draws people to her.

People tell me that Haley is such a happy child – and, easy to be around.

Laughter is a part of human behavior regulated by the brain. It helps humans clarify their intentions in social interaction and provides an emotional context to conversations.

I can’t help but notice that when people (certainly her friends) are around Haley Anne they are laughing and smiling.

Laughter is used as a signal for being part of a group — it signals acceptance and positive interactions. Laughter is sometimes seemingly contagious, and the laughter of one person can itself provoke laughter from others.

I love being a Dad.

What’s All This About?

"What am I looking at?", you might wonder.

Lots of stuff.

Meanwhile, here, I discuss events, people and things in our world - and, my (hardly simplistic, albeit inarticulate) views around them.

You'll also learn things about, well, things, like people you need to know about, and information about companies you can't find anywhere else.

So, while I harangue the public in my not so gentle way, you will discover that I am fascinated by all things arcane, curious about those whom appear religious, love music, dabble in politics, loathe the media, value education, still think I am an athlete, and might offer a recipe.

All the while, striving mightily, and daily, to remain a prudent and optimistic gentleman - and, authentic.
